Welcome to Our Favorite Products, a monthly feature in which ITG's editors discuss our favorite products. These are the best things we've tried, reviewed, and anthropomorphized throughout the month before we have the opportunity to get sick of them and move on to something new. This month, we're packing up the decade as it should – in the coolest, most effective products we can get our attention on.
& # 39; The first time I got antibiotics for my skin, I was & # 39; a teenager; the dermatologist looked me one in the face, wrote the prescription, and I was out of the door in a few minutes. So you can imagine why I was a little skeptical when Dr. Claire Chang at the Dermatologist in Union Square sent me on my way to Aczone on my first visit. I actually did not finish the script for a month, and perhaps never recorded it except out of sheer desperation. I have dr. Chang saw for a series of Fraxel laser treatments, and because the laser was so intense, I wouldn't be able to use acids (you know, the acids that kept my interruptions in the test) while we did. Three weeks after my first treatment, my face was predicting, I had literally no idea what to do – I panicked and got the prescription, without exaggeration, 10pm. Thank God and dr. Chang, I did can be have had two small pimples ever since. I can't use Aczone forever, but if you can't use acids and break them out, you might want to consider it & # 39; Carly Cardellino uses it too. & # 39; —Ali Oshinsky
& # 39; I like everything about pajamas and what they stand for. When you put it on, you are: sleeping, going to bed, or being really sociable and not leaving your couch (everything is ideal!) I like & # 39; spend a whole day in PJ & # 39; s, but to do so without feeling like a total waste, I find it helpful to wear pretty matching pajamas. It lets me rally during & # 39; a day of letting go. Desmond and Dempsey is a British men and women company that makes classic pajama sets based on men's shirts, but in very fun animal prints for men, women and children. And since I had a daughter, I've learned that nothing is more fun than wearing pajamas together. It's the best and I love it. "—Le Chernikoff
& # 39; You can say that I & # 39; m obsessed with aging, but not as you think. It's less & # 39; oh no, how do I stop it? & # 39; And more & # 39; wow, this body I've had all my life, & # 39; what now? & # 39; More & # 39; fascination, less anxiety. But I take into account nonetheless. The latest trick I've seen my body pull is that it's easier to dry than ever. As someone with an oily to balanced skin for most of her life, this is a new and interesting development. This past winter I had to follow the proper season with lots of body oil course, but this winter I'm trying to get the game with a tremendous amount of ice ahead. Ren's AHA Body Serum followed by Sangre de Fruta or Kate McCleod's Kate Stone for the weekends and the occasional night shower (I do now!), And AmLactin's quick day-to-day relief. The latter does not have all the things that make a humidifier bad – it is not too light, but it is not so heavy as to cover it instead of sinking. Get it to a one-two pound lactic acid that smooths my skin and a robust amount of moisturizer (glycerin, vitamin E, cholesterol). & # 39; Three ceramics also moisturize while creating a comfortable barrier that prevents all moisturizers from drying out too quickly. The texture is nicer than downy lotions and the scent is the scent … & # 39; A small price to pay for the hardest working daily lotion I've ever tried. & # 39;
& # 39; This is not your problem with the lipstick of the mill, and if you are used to wiping with reckless neglect, you may want to be, & # 39; do you want me to buy a palette of four colors that looks good or not. me and adjust it with my fingers ?! Please quiet your skepticism for a moment, because this palette is really perfect. You get four colors, yes, but it is neutral and flattering and blendable to quickly adapt colors to suit You really get every shade in between as well. The finger application process means that a perfectly wearable, spotted lip is inevitable, and the weighty gold compact looks so beautiful that you want to constantly touch. It's a little old school, but also feels different and special … It's basically the lipstick Goldilocks: just right. (And I recommend watching Jeanne use her for inspiration.) —AO
& # 39; Ashley handed me the Tatcha serum stick immediately before the holiday with a shoulder shake. She said something like: & # 39; Of course, try this if you think you need to apply moisture to your face all day long. & # 39; Well, my face is always dry and a virtual desert during the winter. It feels tight and a little itchy and I would apply moisturizer several times a day if I had the opportunity to remember to take it with you and do it. But a stick shape is suddenly so simple. It is easy to keep in my bag with lip balm and I slide it all over my face the same way I apply balm to my lips throughout the day. Fucking Tatcha. "-LC
"Because I already live practically in elastic waist bands, I don't like a holiday power. It's the puffy face I find annoying. I could cut the salt and wine, but it's boring; I live in drama and So recently I wiped out Joanna Czech's Facial Massager with greater frequency, I think it's the best of its kind because the rollers aren't quite round – it's slightly elongated, which seems to contour my face with more precision embrace.They really get in there, so much so that I have to open my mouth wide for some adjustment (think I'm trying to force yourself to yawn on an airplane to make your ears heard – that's what I look like). & # 39; A year ago I would have laughed at this, I mean, it's just a role! But do you know how to look at a face? It's tight, smooth, definitely not puffy look? & # 39; Proof of product quality for certainty, but also its application. This guy will bring you there, or at least close by. & # 39; -AW
